David Osborn has experience working with both large and small mortgage companies. Prior to entering the mortgage banking business in 2001, David enjoyed a successful career in corporate financial planning. David prides himself on being extremely responsive to client needs, finding the best lending program for them, and making sure that the entire process is easy and stress-free from application to closing. Unlike many mortgage originators, David’s background ensures that the client’s entire financial picture when making loan recommendations.

  David has lived in Atlanta since 1984, is active in several community organizations, enjoys tennis, biking, and working out. He received an MBA in finance from Emory University in 1990.
